To receive the best trade-in estimate your device must be able to tick off all the below criteria.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in you can still recycle it with us. And during the promotional period you will also get the top-up credit against your new device.
We can accept the following types of items for recycling: mobile phones, tables, laptops, desktops.
We can only accept 1 recycling device per sale. Device acceptance is at the store discretion. e.g. not of the above device type or dangerous damage to battery.
Recycling is only available in-store.
Follow the Online trade-in calculator link and you will be guided through the process. You will be given a pre-paid shipping label and kept updated through each step of the process.
You will have the option to request the return of your device.
Yes.
In-store: We will apply the credit before starting your agreement.
Online: We will credit your agreement after it has been processed with your trade-in value.
There may be rare occasions with high value trade-ins and Easy Upgrade where we cannot apply the full value of your trade-in due to how it affects the finance agreement. Online customers will be credited to the highest value possible on their finance agreement before given an online voucher for the remaining. In-store customers will be offered different options from changing the length and type of finance agreement to adding additional accessories.

Recycling: We reserve the right to refuse items for recycling. For this promotion we can accept old tech devices such as mobile phones, laptops, Apple desktops and tablets. 1 item per sale.

Credit terms
Credit is subject to status, 18+. Klarna finance 9.82% APR. Late or missing repayments may have serious consequences for you and cause you serious money problems.
If you miss monthly payments, promotional interest rates are cancelled and you will be required to pay interest on repayments. Representative 18.9% APR (variable).
Representative Example: A Mac purchased for a cash price of £849, £42.45 upfront payment. Loan amount of £806.55. 36 monthly instalments of £25.83. Total amount payable after 36 months £929.88 (9.82% APR).

Mac repair costs can vary significantly depending on the issue, model, and required parts, which is why we can’t provide an accurate estimate without inspecting your device first.
We charge a £45 inspection fee, covering the initial diagnostic, troubleshooting, and evaluation carried out by our Apple-certified technicians.
If you proceed with the repair, an additional charge of £45 may apply for labour and parts fitting.
Should you choose to upgrade to a new Mac instead, the £45 fee will be credited towards your purchase within 14 days.
Please note, the inspection fee is non-refundable if you choose not to go ahead with a repair or upgrade.
